It’s over. Retest of March lows is a near certainty. 1333 didn’t hold and neither did 1320. Uptick in volume is confirmatory.

Several things:

1. Mini ending wedge from the 11th to the 16th.

2. Big fat downward trendline from May 19th.

3. We might get one more knock on the upper trendline, but I am not taking that bet. (You know me, I’m a stupid bear.)

I am a little upset the Nasdaq 100 and the Russell 2000 isn’t really following the S&P 500 down.

I hadn’t noticed this until now. The S&P 500 reversed on its 50 week MA (blue line). I think it’s safe to say that what we saw from March – May was just a plain old bear market rally. 1250 has a very low chance of holding.
